What Fiskal does
Fiskal lets you scan the QR code on a Serbian fiscal receipt and log it as an expense. When you scan a receipt, the app looks up the itemized data from suf.purs.gov.rs, the Serbian Tax Administration's (Poreska uprava) public fiscal receipt verification system — the same public record the QR code itself points to. Fiskal is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Poreska uprava or the Government of Serbia.
Accuracy
Receipt data displayed in the app reflects what suf.purs.gov.rs returns at the time of scanning. Fiskal does not guarantee that source's availability or accuracy, and is not responsible for discrepancies between what's shown in the app and the original paper receipt.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and only used to sync your saved receipts across reinstalls/devices. Signing in uses Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fiskal to scan or submit QR codes that aren't your own genuine fiscal receipts, or to attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the backend or suf.purs.gov.rs through the app.
No warranty
Fiskal is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Budget projections, category auto-detection, and totals are estimates to help you track spending, not financial or tax advice.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
